The food on Weight Gain Journey

The road to gaining weight is packed with calories! 3500 calories is not easy to achieve UNLESS you're trying to loose wight, then it's quite easy.


Isaiah's goal is to eat 3500 calories per day. Lucky for him, mom is on his side! Chinese chicken wings is one of Isaiah's favorites. The wings are fried until they are crispy and then glazed with a sesame ginger sauce and served with fried rice and broccoli (not in this photo)


Breakfast has featured steak and eggs, breakfast burritos, homemade coffee cake, smoothies, bird's nests.

To date Isaiah has gained four pounds in three weeks. Progress is a little slower than we had hoped but we're working hard!
