Isaiah has never been in an airplane. Not that he can remember anyway. But that doesn't sway his undying passion to study, design, and one day fly a plane. JROTC offers a flight academy every summer in Florida. This summer, Isaiah was offered a scholarship to study for ground school to enable him to apply for the academy in the fall.
It will not be an easy feat for Isaiah to be qualified for the academy. First, he will need to study two weeks' worth of material and pass a knowledge test with the FAA. Uncle Ivan predicts that he will pass this before he gets his driver's permit!
