Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am extremely pleased to forward this letter of recommendation for Isaiah Suso. I have known Isaiah for three years in the capacity as his Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) Instructor. During this time, he became one of my closest cadet advisors. He is a highly successful student leader that can be counted on to demonstrate sound decision-making and critical thinking. I have witnessed his ability to perform under pressure, lead with resilience, and demonstrate integrity with the moral fortitude that is years beyond his peers.
For example, over the last 3 years, Isaiah took the lead on planning, organizing and managing numerous AFJROTC activities. His ability to bring a diverse group of cadets with differing personalities and ages together with a shared focus is exceptional! It did not matter if the groups he led were as small as 5 or as large as I 00; or if the cadets were trained, brand new, or with special needs. He quickly learned from his mistakes; built on his successes and capitalized on everyone's individual skill set with maturity, patience, and candor to successfully execute his missions.
In addition, one of his strongest attributes is his ability to develop and mentor subordinate cadets. This skill enabled superior performance of the teams he managed and the grooming of the next generation of cadets in our organization. This young man is a formidable candidate not only an academic, sporting a 3.8 G.P.A., ranking 1/125 in his AFJROTC unit, but his level of citizenship is exemplary.
As a cadet, Isaiah completed over 30 hours of community service, while managing a rigorous schedule; which included STEM courses, volunteering as an academic tutor, element leader. In addition, he is a published author, and was nominated as "Student of the Month" for the Hemet Unified School District. In addition, he has a passion for aviation and also completed the FAA ground school and knowledge test, setting the foundation to become an aviator.
Finally, his proven record of "Team Excellence" is a testament to his ability to educate and lead diverse groups; while balancing work, school, and community service. He is a socially responsible citizen of character, with a solid focus and exceptional attitude. Isaiah is the whole package!

Words cannot express how ridiculously proud of you I am. You are beloved by so many that it's hard to keep track! Keep aiming beyond the sky my love.
